Conscious leaders focus on the “we” rather than the “me” and realise that their role is to create a culture of trust, care and expansive influence. Developing conscious leadership is to practice being aware of ourselves, how we think, how we view the world. It is a practice of being mindful to our own experiences internally, being a witness to our default patterns of response, and being able to create the option to choose a different path.
Samah Projects is on a mission to create a community of people that are passionate about being the change they want to see in the world. During these challenging times, we understand the need to bring as many people into our community to learn the art of facilitation, communication methods and how to create a safe space for others. We want to teach others how they can adopt a conscious leadership style so they facilitate a deeper level of transformations within others.
Our Founder, Eman Serhan developed this facilitation model after building a business for 15 years in the education sector. Through this experience, Eman developed a passion for teaching others how they could adopt a facilitation style based on openness, truth, vulnerability and presence.
